The permitplace.com^SM Web site (the "Web Site") is a service made available by PERMIT PLACE, INC, and all information, content, and postings (collectively "Content") on this Web Site may be used solely under the following terms and conditions.

Web Site License. Subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use for the permitplace.com Web Site ("Terms of Use"), Users of this Web Site ("Users") are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Web Site and any Content provided on or through the Web Site in accordance with these Terms of Use. Provider may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

Permit Counter; Limited License. Permit Counter is an online sponsor supported free information site dedicated to simplifying government provided permit information, data services and forms offered for free to the general public by Provider on the Web Site. ("Participants"). Participants are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and participate in Permit Place solely for the purpose of finding first party information to participating agencies. Participants may not use Permit Counter under this license without registering. Provider may terminate this limited license at any time for any reason.  Participants may not allow any second party use of this information.

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the information contained in or linked to on the Web Site. Users of information on the Web Site or materials linked from the Web Site do so at their own risk.

Linking to the Web Site. You may provide links areas of this Web Site, provided (a) you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on this Site, (b) you give Provider notice of such link by sending an e-mail to webmaster@permitplace.com and (c) you discontinue providing links to this Site if requested by Provider. Additional Terms. As a User, you will be able to access material on certain areas of the Web Site without going through a registration process. Your use of the case law, legal forms and other related legal materials ("permitplace.com") is also governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Use of the permitplace.com website,

Severability of Provisions.
