Permitting 102: Do I Need A Permit?

In any building, structure, and/or any of the following items:

Nationwide Building Permit Walls or temporary partitions over 5' 9" high
Nationwide Building Permit Fences over 6' 0" high
Nationwide Building Permit Platforms, walks, or drives more than 30" above grade
