To become the preeminent, world wide provider of building permit information, data and services that exceeds our customer's expectations and defines a new industry enabling individuals, businesses and government agencies to more easily work together to better their communities.

Our Business
Permit Place works with banks, insurance companies and title insurance companies to mitigate risk, provides building permit data as sales leads to the construction supply and finance sectors and provides nationwide and local permit management services to owners, retailers and developers to assist in the difficult and cumbersome process of securing permits.

We always keep our promises and make our teammates proud.  We improve ourselves, constantly scrutinizing our process, evaluating our results, and encouraging our staff to suggest new ways to maximize performance.  We always check our work.  We greet the day with a map and reflect on our actions at the end of the day.

We serve our customers, our team, and others.  This is the final judgement of what we do.  Did we perform?  Our ability to perform is in direct correlation to our commitment to serve.  Serving others is the greatest work we can do and by serving each other we perform because we are a service that can only survive by the benefit we give others and the value we add to other lives.  At the end of the day, we can be all these things but we must perform or we will never be asked again to serve.
