Training

At Permit Place we strive to recruit not only candidates with extensive permitting experience, but those with a good attitude and passion to learn about a new industry. 

All new members of the Permit Place staff undergo a rigorous and complete process of training, hands-on practice, and mentor-mentee relationships covering all aspects of the permitting and entitlement process.  We also place a heavy emphasis on developing individual customer service and business skills for our employees.  Our goal is to not only train employees to be permit experts, but to give our employees the skills to succeed in any professional environment.
